And that is why I am having issues with picking a phone. I would most likely get the Nexus, but that 16GB storage and no expansion is a major hit against it in my mind.

Do you guys put your entire porn collection on your phone? I have 16gb, got tons of photos, over 1000 songs on my phone... and I'm not even using half..

What am I missing?

Yeah I read the engadget article on that. Decided to go with 7 digital instead and it is working great for me on android so I dont really need Google Music at this point.

Jake_HT - for me it is music. I use my phone as a replacement for an mp3 player so I want the option to put at least 32GB if desired. I have over 15,000 songs in my music library and like a large variety on my phone.

i have 12gb of music i have put on every phone i have owned so the 16gb thing was bugging me, but.. i'm not going to even put music on my nexus nexus, i almost exclusively listen to tune-in radio now. so 16gb will be way more than enough.

That is my reason as well. I know with my iphone 3gs that is 16GB it is too small. I had to really trim down my music collection to have things fit. Plus don't forget these phones take higher res photos and video, all of which can and will start to add up.

How do you guys really need 15,000 songs, I mean you must be skipping 99% of them.

It is called having a choice depending on what I want to listen to at that time. I have music ranging a huge variety of genres and I like knowing that I can listen to what I want when I want. Plus I just see using more space for pictures and videos like I mentioned before as well as movies and such on the phone. Add to that some games and a bunch of other apps and before you know it you are hitting 16 or more. I just don't like being restricted to only 16GB. I really think the nexus is lacking not having a microSD slot, if it had that then I wouldn't even be considering other phones.

Don't get me wrong, I'd much prefer if it had a microSD slot, I just don't see how you would need that many songs, variety or not, I'm sure if you took the time, you could really clean up that music list.
