Prolab is right, although the S2 LTE is a great device, the resolution on the Nexus is just superb.
The other carriers will have the Nexus early in the new year, the ICS release for all other phones won't be seen for a while, my guess is at the earliest for any device will be Feb of next year, but this is just a guess.

Don't kid yourself the S2X is a great phone I have it myself and love it. So who cares if the screen isn't 720p and only 800x400.. shit still looks great on the screen.

I keep saying it and will believe but I strongly think the Galaxy Nexus is geared more as a social media/multimedia phone

Well if it only has 16gb that would be a HUGE fail. Once you add music, movies, games, apps, OS, books, etc you will need at the very least 32GB of storage. Everyone I know has more than 16GB of music alone. I will not get a phone with 16GB that is not expandable. So if we only get the 16GB version than the Galaxy Nexus will be a garbage phone IMO. Can't state it enough that one of the great features of android is expandable memory and if they don't allow it that IMO it is not an android phone.

Features ? Galaxy Nexus

Under tech specs from Google it only lists 32GB. 32GB is more than enough for me.

Gracias

Well, at the moment - GN coming to canada points to having just the 16GB version.

Even then, the more rumours that come out for the phone - the less and less im interested in getting it.

No LTE support for Rogers, possibly 16GB in storage, no support for USB mass storage, no support for ext storage -

On the other hand, possibility for the Samsung Note to come to canada?

Samsung Galaxy Note coming to Canada Q1 2012 | MobileSyrup.com

Now... if all the details are true - im definitely getting this!

PC market is boring right now, but the mobile market is pretty exciting! Loving all these phones.

The Note looks pretty awesome I gotta say. Maybe pick that up over the Nexus.

There was never a concrete date for the Nexus so I just went and upgraded to a Raider from rogers a month ago. I thought it was going to be released next year at the rate it was going. Too bad, I might've been able to wait a month.
