Looking for cell repair JTAG service

Anyone know of any stores in the Brampton/Mississauga the are capable of doing JTAG repairs on LG phones? I have another Optimus One that needs to be flashed to work again. I have already exhausted EVERY other effort to revive it. I love my working Optimus One and would love to revive the dead one for my wife without having to drive into downtown Toronto. Anyone?
