So, with emerging markets becoming "the" sought after demographic especially with the economic troubles in the USA causing a drastic downturn in consumer spending, and seeing as how all of these out to lunch patents seem to be through the US patent office, how long until the big overseas producers (as in everybody but apple) decide to shut the US out of any new kit (including new patentable hardware/ideas) coming from their R&D?

Apple needs to get a taste of its own BS medicine. Things like this infuriate me. I wish Samsung or some sort of large hardware company would just boycott selling to Apple. Regardless, something needs to happen.
