Well apparently HP will manufacture up to 200,000 more touchpads for the last production run, so better chances for everyone who missed the firesale. As many as 200,000 HP TouchPads on the way | ZDNet

That you can't check your mail on, still not that great of a price for 250$ for their cheapest one. I agree with the other poster, unless RIM wants their own tablet pc to die, they are going to either need to make massive improvements or drop the price more.

Sure HP may not be making millions upon millions on their tablet, but they are offering a second wave (whenever that may be) at the hopefully same price as before. Perhaps we'll see HP through a third and fourth batch out (maybe slightly more then right now) as thy see the demand and interest peak.

I contacted Best Buy regarding an online order not related to a TP, their recorded massage says they are not expecting any stock of TP anytime soon.

I think we will see more TPs in canada come october. Though HP doesnt have a great history of loving Canadians.

The keyboard I just got from Futureshop, not sure how easy they are going to be to find now though, they had their own fire sale of half off, cant find any touchstones for it either anymore, wanted another of those as well.

Just received my 32gb touchpad ordered from hp.ca. I'll tell you all my impressions after I get to play with it for a while. Really didn't need it, but for 150 its a steal...and my wife will lay claim to it for web browsing in the middle of the night while feeding our 1 month old. Picked up a screen protector designed for the ipad that I will hopefully be able to cut to fit perfect (was only $2at dollarama) and an hp touchpad case that thesource was able to order in (came in 2 days) for $25...says only in store, but they transfered stock and got in to my local store.
