Blackberry Curve 8530 with Bell. Pretty sure I'm getting a Galaxy S II next week though.

I've never personally owned a cell phone, mine have always been work phones. I recently went from a Blackberry Pearl to a Bold 9780, on Telus. Full keyboard FTW! I actually don't mind texting and emailing on my phone now. It was torture on the Pearl.

I have a 9780 with a playbook, nice combo.... problem with the bridge is I need a find my blackberry button on my playbook. I have Rogers for a provider.... meh on the carrier, I have a friend that works in sales so its personal service from him. Next phone will probably be a Blackberry again, simply I can abuse them. Last phone I had fell 15' onto concrete and blew the battery back off with the battery. Put it all back together and worked like a charm(small chip on the corner that took the hit), that was even before I discovered otterbox covers.

I hope RIM dies a firey death. No wonder they are bleeding market share. We have 6 Crapberries at work and I spend more time dealing with issues on those than I do looking after 87 PC's. Absolute crap. They should fire the entire software dev staff en masse and do a ground up redesign. That is their only hope. Check out the Blackberry support forums, filled with hate.

I have an iPhone 3gs on telus.

Um, no

BB OS is passable, but it's the direction of handset dev that's killing RIM. Year after year, their phones are merely refreshes of each other, and gives consumers no incentive to move to RIM, or continue buying RIM phones.

After years of owning a Blackberry, I suspect that this 9780 is the last one I will have from RIM unless they manage to keep up with the competition.

P.S. RIM support forums is filled with hate because people who are having problems post there (obviously). The same can be said for any other support forum i.e. Apple. A quick peek at both pretty much gives the same impression of the level of rage.

Nexus S on Bell. It's great.

Martin, make sure you put a custom ROM on the SGS to maximize the potential of the phone.

I'm using a Bold 9700 for work and a Samsung Galaxy S Captivate as my personal phone, both on Rogers.
Might switch over to the Infuse or Evo 3D when Rogers launches them later this summer.
