well my phone crapped out on me a lil ppl can hear me i can't hear them,so untill i got the cash to get it repaired i figured i'd just use the bluetooth i got kicking around...anyone have a clue how to get a jabra bluetooth to work on a palm pre...can't find nothing via google or im just lookin at the wrong stuff

Should be a bluetooth option in the settings menu. Don't know the PreOS that well, but once you find it, turn it on, press and hold the power button on the headset till the LED starts flashing blue/red then you can pair it with the phone. Access code is always 0000

Thanks and glad to you nice post. Only if your phone has the headset profile on it. Not likely. Phones use headsets, they are not headsets themselves. If you have a Bluetooth headset for your phone, then you can also use that for your PC.
