Default Laptop for a friend

Hey HWC community I have a friend who is looking for a very cheap laptop (300-600$) that can play WoW with reasonable frames. I tried finding him a good enough laptop, but i guess im just lazy or easily distracted . My friend cannot order online from ncix.com or any other website, so this will be all local. I would also like to state that HP laptops cannot be recommended, had a very long and frustrated history with those laptops, but that's another story. Thank you!
