My System Specs

Default For Intel CPU's laptop owners

Especially for those with QX CPU's which can now unlock their multiplier (but also for all those with other Intel CPU's just for managing their FID/VID to prolong their battery life and for some models/brands to get rid of throttle in full-load) unclewebb is introducing ThrottleStop.
Try it and post your questions here.
Good luck.

Thanks for the promotion burebista.

This latest version of ThrottleStop has been very useful for owners of Extreme mobile CPUs, dual and quad core. A lot of laptops don't have any bios options for multiplier adjustment but now users don't have to worry about that limitation. Here's what you can do on a Lenovo W700 that used to be locked to 2527 MHz.
