Honestly you probably don't need 64 bits and 6 gB on a laptop , the second have a better video card , but did you need it but you don't say witch resolution the xps have. , no need for a better GPU if the LCD is less quality

I hope you don't pay for the mcAfeee

My System Specs

Default

1. Dump any unnecessary software (as above).
2. Upgrade the wireless card to an intel if you can (the dell cards are a bit flakey)
3. I don't see what the warranty is on the Studio? Is warranty important to you?
4. Depending on what's more important it's hard to say:
a) What will you be doing on it?
b) Will the difference in size matter (for portability)
c) The XPS can have a bigger "frameless" display
5. Purely based on design and build the XPS is better quality. The Studios all look and feel like plastic toys to me. And if gaming is important than the XPS has a better GPU too.

Translation pls?

Acer or HP.

Both are excellent vendors with IMHO better quality and support than Dell.

This is NOT a flame post against Dell.....just curious as to why he is choosing them over better vendors.

It's anything what this teenager say.

For say something like that he never repair a HP and or a Acer laptop, and he never own a Dell. I refuse to repair HP , computer , printer and laptop, not without reason.
