Default Asus Eee 900HA

Wow this little thing is freaking amazing. I just picked one up and well it's a netbook that i play vice city and hl2 on :). +1 for asus. not to mention the 160GB HDD and Atom cpu for under $400 bucks :). I will post pics later i have to get my car undercoated tonight and this little guy is going to come in handy.

ok so after i actually tried to play hl2 it worked but crashed alot. espcially anywhere there was hdr lighting. But vice city plays fine. I am also trying max payne as it should work (fingers crossed)

Or a 1000HA, but you're actually gaming on it?
Anyways the EEE700 handled StarCraft alright apparently (reviews), so the newer models hsould handle them pretty well too.
Where did you buy yours ?

so far i have tried vice city and the original max payne and both seem to run better. HL2 will run but is unstable. I got mine from NCIX. Love it to bits. i probably spent more time playing with / wiating for it to arrive today then actually doing any work :)

Congrats on the purchase.

The 900HA really is the best Bang for the Buck right now.

Some people don't like the additional thickness compared to the SSD-based 900A, but the extra speed and storage space more than make up for it.

yup i have also now tried Call of Duty and Call of Duty United Offensive and both seem to work fine on it.
