Would love it Dead but for my current build the triple rad is more then overkill for me anyways. For my next Intel i will definetely be modding the back so yes i would love to see some pics cheers.

I used 2 inch screws as the spacers (came with the Swiftech radbox, which I used elsewhere). The pics are horrible, I know, so here's a quick explanation: Screws went into the fan holes with the heads inside the case. The screws were secured with nuts flush to the exterior of the case. The MCR220 has four fans in push/pull, so it was aligned such that the insides of the push fans were flush with the case cover that prevents use of a Swiftech radbox (hopefully you can see this in the pics). For the side of the rad not impacted by the case cover, another two nuts were used to align the rad straight. Finally, four nuts were used on the opposite sides of the push fans (as per the pics) to hold it in place. No modding of the case cover required, and the rad is held securely in place. This is a pretty lousy explanation and some pretty lousy pics, but hopefully it makes sense. If you have any questions, please feel free to post back to this thread with them, or PM me. Cheers! View from the top. Tubes had to go this way because use of a PA120.3 on the interior roof of the case blocked the pre-drilled tubing holes. This is the best view of the nut-fan-nut configuration holding the rad in place. ![]() View from the side. Here you can see the nuts on the exterior of the case keeping the screws straight. Also a bit of a better idea of how the screws were used as spacers.

You didn't need to cut away any of the back "lip" for the screws? I'll have to get at the back of mine to see if the screwholes would be flush with the lip, or if perhaps they've modified it. (The screws must be tight against the lip if not).

Hmm i would have to agree with SSwilson the first pic makes it look like the two left screws are flushed against that back fin? and how did you manage to put this black plastic on the back of your case as mine only has metal ?
