Aluminum can't "rust" but it oxidizes (which is what rust is, just we think of rust mostly as the orangy brown flakes on steel) and aluminum oxidizes extremly fast, like in the matter of min's/ hrs. No worrys though as it acts as a protective coating to the aluminum

@enaberif, that would make a really good looking reservoir.
I will be running heat tests with push and pull,and various other methods for fan set up i have a heat scenser to measure how much heat the res actually helps in adding in the cooling process, i am not a pro as of yet but i will be getting some help from Martin... if need be.
since this is what i love to do so i will make mistakes we all do,
the most important part of any water cooling test is improvement under load
then the well round cooling,
