I was just gonna say that! Are the power requirements of the 9800X2 listed?

One guy did a review of his own and showed that the 8800 Ultra beat the 9800 GX2 at crysis @ 1920 x 1200 with 4x AA very high because it used like 750mb of video ram. So the ultra beat it because it has more usable ram and a higher bus.

Does crossfire double the ram or is it just like SLI?

It prolly beat the 9800 GX2 when it was on beta drivers.

I doubt it'll beat it now, with the new forceware out :)

Anyways, i'll do a benchmark with the new forceware i'll post soon

Yo, my first XFX 9800GX2 died within 11 days of operation. The lights would turn on, and the fan would spin 100% but my mobo would give the bad VGA beep code. I was able to get a direct replacement, so far my 2nd XFX is working good and oc'ed a bit higher.

Anyone else had a dieing GX2? XFX told me it was a "normal" thing stated by nvidia...jeez, what a thing to say for a flagship release.

Funny, I had that same VGA-beep issue with one of the EVGA 8800GT cards.

I forgot to mention, I RMA'ed my Gigabyte board (EP35-DS3P) because if the NB volts were sit higher than 1.4, the pci-e slot would automatically change to 1x thus, limiting my fps from 30-50fps.

and that's just a kick in the nuts, especially when u've got a l33t GX2 installed and u're trying to OC your cpu.

If you have a GA board, and a GX2, good luck tryin to get high CPU OC without jepordizing your GX2's performance.

GA is unl33t.
