No, no board has negative divider AFAIK. In my case, my CPU is benchable at 580+, so I need mem that will do at least that. 4GB kits not going to cut it, but its all I have till my RMA gets back to me.

That's what I thought, but when I read your post I thought you were saying otherwise. What CPU do you have that will exceed 580MHz?! E8400?
Random question, but do you know how high is it safe to boost the NB on the P35 chipset and FSB? +.02V for FSB and +.03 for MCH? Cooling isn't an issue due to my watercooling setup.

Mine is E3110.

Depends on if you are benching or for 24/7 operation. For 24/7 I would use as low as you find stable, esp with 45nm. On T2RS 500FSB is usually fine @ stock pll and nb. Benching is different, Ive used as high as 2v in the NB, but I highly dont recommend it.

Isn't the default voltage of P35 chipsets 1.3V
I'm going to start fooling around with this board, but if I cannot get my CPU to at least 3.8GHz (I want 4GHz), I think I'm going to pencil mod and if I still can't it's on to a new motherboard and CPU.

P35-DS3P and E6600 with watercooling on both.
I really should put my system specs in my profile here.....

I wouldnt count on 3.8-4g with 6600. Mine did 3.6 and that was stretching it for 24/7 at 1.53v. Just depends on how good your chip clocks.

I think it might be a bit of a stretch as well, which is why I plan on getting a yorkfield if it overclock in excess of 4.0GHz. I might be able to scrape up some money for my current CPU, otherwise I'd going into a pile to make a HTPC.

Wow, this RAM just dropped 20$ in price. It's going for 137$ after PM. I seriously need to resist this upgrade.

If any one is in the T.O. area, I dropped into Canada Computers today on my way home from work to pick up a 60mm fan and walked out with a pack of these... and no fan. I was just by chance I saw them hanging there so I thought I'd ask what they were selling for, $129 he told me, so I snagged 'em.

So far anyone that is interested they are $129 @ Canada Computers (cash/debit sale).
