Default Asus 0!play or WDTV live

I'm looking at purchasing a media tank ASAP as a Christmas gift.

I need the device to be able to downmix DTS to Stereo.
It would be nice for the Device to have DTS-HD passthrough over HDMI 1.3 if in the future a receiver is added to the setup.

Which device should I be going for?

O!Play does this pretty well. I'm posting my review now.

My System Specs

Default

WDTV live has supposedly been having issues with firmware that bricks the unit. I'd go for the O!Play.

Got myself an Asus O!Play Air and so far so good was a bit of a pain to setup (windows 7) but now its going and seems pretty solid!
