This is damn true. No one, mac fantatic or windows fanboy can claim to be bug free. I use both OSX and Windows 7 on my macbook, and while I love them both, they're far from perfect. This goes the same with Ubuntu.

Its true....Its funny though because I used to be so anti-mac. I told all my friends they were so over priced and not worth it and told them not to buy them. Then made fun of them after they bought it. I understand now though.

Kinda the same here. My girlfriend was talking about getting a MacBook for months and I kept telling her not to get Mac and blah blah blah... She finally went ahead and bought one (MacBook Pro) and I have to say that after using it for about two weeks now I'm kinda looking in getting one for myself...

-Spotlight search results not showing Exchange contacts
-a problem that prevented authenticating as an administrative user
-issues when using NTFS and WebDAV file servers
-the reliability of menu extras
-an issue with the 4-finger swipe gesture
-an issue that causes Mail to quit unexpectedly when setting up an Exchange server
-Address Book becoming unresponsive when editing
-a problem adding images to contacts in Address Book
-an issue that prevented opening files downloaded from the Internet
-Safari plug-in reliability
-general reliability improvements for iWork, iLife, Aperture, Final Cut Studio, MobileMe, and iDisk

Oh, I'm sure they will fix it, and so they should....

But where is this mysterious magical better-than-PC OS that "just works"?

A computer is a computer is a computer. If it does what you want then it's perfect for you....

But a Mac is not better than a PC because it's a Mac.
