Using OSX's built in speech recognition software for dictation
 
Is this possible? I have a long audio file I need to convert into text, and doing it by hand will be such a pain in the ass...

If you havn't figured it out yet, no it isn't possible. There are services on the internet that will do it for pennies on the word however.
