My System Specs

Default new macbook air

Apple (Canada) - MacBook Air - The next generation of MacBooks.

I had the chance to try the 11 inch model and I have to say that I'm really impressed with Apple's design.
Heck of a nice machine

I like the size of it. Not a big fan of the specs. I'll watch them and might look at the refurb models when they come out. Macbook airs are usually pretty cheap on the refurb market.

Personally I would rather go with something that is 5% thicker and 20% cheaper.

If it came w/ a micro sim slot I would have jumped all over the 11". Hopefully Apple will start adding them to their next revision notebooks.

If they would have had them available when I bought my MBP, I probably would have opted for the little buggers; from what I've been reading on various Mac Forums, they are very well liked by their owners.

I had my eye on the 11" as well ... gave it a try a few times.
Too many laptops, netbooks etc in this household Decided to hold off for now but I ordered a 640GB 7200 rpm hdd and 4GB of ram from newegg.ca for my Mini. That should be a nice upgrade for now

I tried it once again and I just love that machine. The only thing I don't really like about it is well, you can't really code on that thing which is a small setback but still it's heck of a nice machine. I need to go try it one more time and I think I will buy it then o.o

It definitely has its uses, unfortunately there's nothing in it for me since I have its big brother, I just do too much stuff that tends to require my Core i5 and a half decent sized hard drive.

Get a MBP instead when they do the refreshes but to each their own.
