Question nvidia 660 ti Q&A

Hello peeps...
Does anyone know when 660 ti is coming out ?
Im guessing in U.S.A. you will get it faster then we do in europe, so lay down some info please :)
Also... what is the diferance 560 ti vs. 660 ti ? i just know 660 will be pci-e 3.0. but have no idea about speeds and stuff.
Any info in general about 660 ti ... bring it :)

Regards from Slovenija ;)
And sorry 4 bad spelling :)

I got the gtx 660 ti last night and I'm having some issues installing. I'm not very familiar with hardware/software for gaming computers and i might be doing something wrong... but I've installed the graphics card based on what manual stated.. however when i turn the computer on, I get a black screen with the letters "B2" on the bottom right corner and nothing else happens. no BIOS no nothing. could someone please help me
