Powersupplies + New system question

Hello.

Im building a new i7 system.

specs:

Intel Core i7-3770k 3,4Ghz - LGA1155
MSI Z77A-G45 Intel LGA1155 ATX MB
GeForce PCI-E GTX570 Club3D 1280MB DVI/HDMI x2 SLI
Kingston 120GB SSD Now V+ 200 Sata III
LC Power 850w LC8850II 2.3 Arkangel
Corsair 8GB DDR3 1600 Mhz Vengeance x (16GB total) (Might upgrade to 32GB in total)
Cooler Master HAF X, No PSU - Black
Intel BXRTS2011LC Liquid Heat Sink activ (fits for 1155 socket)
LiteOn CD/DVD RW Black Sata
Samsung Syncmaster S23A700D 23"

Now my question is. PSU/Powersupply. Which is best, with or without gold? And why is it better/not better.

And is there alternatives to other good gaming cases with good airflow, and space enough for 2 GTX570 cards and cable management.

Also, pros/cons - tips/feedback is more than welcome!

Total price for everything - including 24H stress test and putting it together is 16018 DKK Which is about 2912 USD.

As far as psu goes I would be tempted to to an 850 (or more) watt gold unit. It is probably overkill for what you need right now but it would be somewhat future proof as it can go into your next build.

The HAF X you have picked out has good airflow, lots of room for components and decent cable management.

So Gold is basicly better than non-gold. Would be worth the extra money then. And i think i might stick with the HAF X case, but i keep search for others. Thank you for your input!

If you run your computer alot, and power isn't cheap where you are, then the gold psu should pay for itself in energy savings if you keep it for 4-5 years. Also, the previously posted units are just good psu's overall, and shouldn't give you any trouble. I doesn't make sense to spend 2000 on a PC and cheap out on an older 80+ generic PSU, just asking for trouble.

Thats why i asked for "help" /advices. Just wanted to be sure about it. So i guess i will spend alittle more for a better PSU.

Only question i have left is: Computer case alternatives in same range of price. Its nice to have something to choose from and also other opinions is good aswell. HAF X is my choice right now, but i wouldnt mind some alternatives at all :)
