Lightbulb DDR3 ram CL9 vs CL10

I want minimum of 24 gb of ram (video editing,gaming, modeling)

Problem is that no z77 motherboard has 8 slots for ram.

I found Corsair vengeance ddr3 8gb one peace but it has timing CL10

Is CL9 much better than CL10 ???

The difference is about 1 ns and in real life you cant see a noticable difference.

better ram= more stability

the price difference is minimal so get better stuff
