Default Will this Rig play all modern games at full spec?

Hello all, sorry for the multiple post

but

whats your opinions on this build i have in mind. feed back will be appriciated

Case: The inwin Dragon rider tower or the cooler master haf x
Mobo: asus z77 sabertooth (3rd gen)
cpu: intel i7 2700k (2nd gen)
gpu: Asus AMD Radeon HD7950 DirectCU II TOP (Maybe a 2nd 1 in a few months for crossfire)
psu: 1000W (possibly overkill but thinking of possible crossfire)
Ram: 12 to 16Gb of corsair vengance 1300 or 1600
cooling: case fans and a h100 for the cpu
storage and caching: 2 x intel 520 ssd's @ 120Gb each (1 for os and boot, 1 for game caching)

Monitor will be an led monitor with a higher dpi than 60 if possible (and not to expensive)

Let me know if there is anything ive missed

My System Specs

Default

Short answer: if you're running a single monitor, Yes it will.

Long answer:

If you're just gaming, a 2700K will be overkill. You can make do with a I5 2500K. Better yet, wait for Ivy to see what they're like.

A 7950 will be able to run all modern games (and many to come) at their highest settings on a single monitor. X-fire 7950 will be able to run those same games on three monitors (although X-fire gets messy with drivers. If you're going to only be running one monitor ever, don't bother X-firing).

1000W PSU is overkill even for X-fire 7950s. A 750W should be more than enough.
