Rebuilding my PC

To get to the point - I'm planning to rebuild my system around my decent CPU (Intel i7 870) and because my budget is only partially complete I was wondering if it was a good idea to buy things like a PSU, Case and coolers now because they wont be changing as much as if I buy a graphics card or a motherboard.
I had my eyes on NZXT Phantom 410 for my case but still haven't decided what psu and cpu cooler to get! Also should I look into buying a new Motherboard or should I wait if new things come out.
Any suggestions and advice will be greatly appreciated!

Cooler- coolermaster hyper 212+
PSU- corsair GS 600 (leaves room for a GPU upgrade)
case- you made a good choice
mobo- find a better used one, lots of people upgrading there 1366/1156 setups for the 2011 socket stuff.

212+ sounds good and got some good reviews!
But is 600W gonna be enough? If i put in something like a gtx570
nd how to check if the mobo is in good condition if used???

For that GPU , I would swap the GS600 for a Corsair GS800(PSU I am using currently), or an XFX core edition 750
As for the used mobo, buy from someone with good trader ratings, if it is DOA I am sure the person would refund you after returning the board, I have purchased 5 used mobo's now, and every one worked perfectly(using a used board as we speak).
