Default Can we use bluetooth wireless keyboard to enter to BIOS now?

I planed to purchase apple wireless keyboard to use it in Windows 7 and Mac.
But watch some youtube video said using a wire and non-bluetooth keyoboard when you setup a new windows and even when you need to enter into the BIOS when the computer start up.

Is this statment true or not?
and I also heard someone said a bluetooth keyboard can enter into BIOS if you have bluetooth build-in in your motherboard. If it's true, adding an enternal bluetooth connector will work the same like the build-in?

Besides, someone said if you had set up you bluetooth keyboard in windows 7, then you would able to use it to boot into BIOS.

Please, help me and answer my question.
I have to make a purchase decision in these days.

Thank you

you'll probably need a wired board to configure the BIOS first. you'll have to pair the device and then it should work, until the bios is reset or re-configured to un-pair.
then windows will configure the bluetooth in device manager.
