Default Ram setting issue help plz

Hey fellas i have a P9X79 PRO MOTHERBOARD WITH INTEL 3930K CPU AND I JUST GOT 16GIG Of CORSAIR VENGENCE RAM cmz16gx3m4a1600c9b model # its supposed to be 1600mhz ram but its running at 1333 mhz its supposed to support xmb settings but i go to bios and switch to xmb and the pc wont boot past the information screen. would anyone have an idea what the settings should be set at for this to run good for me at 1600mhz and plz lots of instruction and detail im still a noob in the bios and am as nervous as a whore in church messing around in it ty much for any information and instruction you can give. oh and im using 4 sticks of 4gig ram each

My System Specs


Is your memory getting the correct voltage? Not sure if that would stop it from a full boot, but that memory is spec'd at 1.5V. Check your bios to see if it is set correctly.
