I started shopping at NCIX long ago because they were cheaper than Tigerdirect and I escaped Provincial sales tax in Ontario(until that damn HST came along). So being an old NCIX shopper I've been watching Linus for probably 3 years(probably early 2009), he's gotta a lot less goofy and a lot more comfortable in front of a camera since then.

I'd consider myself a fan but not to the point where fanboy fanaticism traits come out. I do appreciate the brief overviews of any new products of interest.

This was probably my first LTT looking at it now it's kind of an embarrassing blast from the past.

While I procrastinate and not study for my specialist exam tomorrow, I found LTT because I heard a bunch of people having a go at AMD and preferred Intel, over at MSY. (Australia's NCIX but not associated with NCIX just comparison) Which I don't really care but kinda annoyed me (Phenom II X6 years before Bulldozer). So looking for answers I found Linus's YouTube channel(NCIX first then LTT) and though he was a mediocre who does not want to side with AMD or Intel. But I look at his other videos and started liking and watching it until my internet ran out of quota so eventually I subbed (I only had 120g of downloads per month) and consequentially found HWC!
