Default Running 3x 120Hz Acer LCD monitors on my 6990 and can't get Eyefinity working!

I believe your problem may be to do with the adapters you are using for Eyefinity.

In order to run at 2560x1600@60Hz or 1920x1080@120Hz, you need to be using ACTIVE display port to DVI adapters. They run you anywhere from $50-$100 and they are not included with the card.
