So when the iPhone 4 first came out (
not the 4s) I bought it - through Roggers (actually Fido)

Anyways, I got it with a three year plan and paid for the accidental damage warranty. They told me, if the screen breaks, battery goes kaput etc. etc. they would replace it. If nothing went bad within the three year term of my contract, they would refund me that money.
Anyways, after 16 short months, I was on my second iPhone, and it broke - Literally. I got out of my work truck when I got home, and it fell. It fell from the height of my waist. The screen shattered. I couldn't believe it. This thing has taken a beating. It fell down a good flight of stairs with no case - multiple times!
Anyways, I kept in until December 8th, when I ran out and got the Galaxy Nexus, and an ugly ass Outer Box

So now, I am cancelling my contract with Fido, and am using the "insurance" money to go against the contract buy out. I will then replace the screen, unlock it, and give it away to my girlfriends dad.
So
two question: 1: Where can I get the screen replaced? 2: What is the best way to unlock it?
