I don't know if you've seen my other thread with my case but I have 4 HDD's in the bay right next the PSU. It fits but it was damn hard to get all the connectors to fit.

Pretty sure I read of people using a drive bay adapter and the second 5.25 bay for one HD.

Also looks like the lower HD bay in the tray by the mobo might collide with mobo components or sata connectors. Full size vid cards look to be out of the question if you mount a HD in that bay! Major PITA, one thing after another!

I am thinking it would be best to use a smaller ATX mobo like the gigabyte's, which are a bit narrower than a full ATX board. Would free up some space for connectors etc.

It's sad really, because it is otherwise an awesome case.

The only other thing I have seen that may work, puts the PSU over top of the CPU. Can't recall what case that was, will return and post if I come across it. I normally avoid such a situation, but if it allows more drives and longer vid cards, the tradeoff is easy if you just use a flower type zalman cooler.

Nice! Like a mini P180 on it's side, looks roomy.

Just found it, the Word to the Wise thread, lol.

Nice job! They fit not bad at all! Can't see the sata connections to the mobo, how did that work out?

You find that everything is layered on top of each other? Have to dig your way down slowly to get at anything, then you start planning what is on top for what is most often accessed? Or am I alone when it comes to using a can opener to pack things into cases that are too small?

To hell with the cables, I still can't believe you got a rad in there!

Great, I think I can consider this case again, if the HDs fit then I am fine. The unit will fit nice in my a/v rack, the front bezel appeals to me.

It definitely was a pain that is for sure. I would of had significantly more room if I didn't watercool it. I am doing a rebuild here right away of it. This time only one videocard and no watercooling. The videocards overheated like mad before.
