If you only plan to do "light" overclocking, I'd say that your primary cooling focus should be on the drives.

How about one of the coolermaster cases with a couple of their 5 1/4 bay 120mm fan HDD inserts? If you hunt around, you might even be able to find a "lan carry case" with handles to lug around a standard mid-tower case.

If it were me, I'd go with one of the new quads and judging by the latest trends here I'd suggest some Mushkin Ram paired with either an X38 / X48 chipset for intel, or 750i/790i for Nvidia motherboard.

The nicest looking sff case I know of is by Falcon north west (fragbox) Falcon Northwest Computer Systems, The Ultimate Gaming PCs. I believe you can just purchase the case. Also if I'm not mistaken it is a modded silverstone case.
