G530 and plex

Hello HWC Forum,

I am running a file server that i have installed plex on. I have a ATV2 that is jailbroken with plexed installed on it. When i stream TV shows and moves from my server (plex Client) to the apple TV it is buffering a lot. After about 10 minutes of watching the show the video and audio are no longer in sync.

The Server has a G530 with 16GB of ram and 20TB of space.
Are these specs not good enough for plex.

Is it transcoding? What type of file? Bitrate? Wireless or ethernet?

Need to supply more info if you want help.

I think it is transcoding. It's a .mkv file. The server is connected via gigabit port. The Apple TV is wireless. I am watch stuff from the server now but is a .mp4 and I am having none of the same troubles.
