Question Silent PC/HTPC: please help with the design!

Please help a newbie!

Case: I have a strong preference - H5.S (HDPLEX H5.S Fanless HTPC Chassis)

Approximate Purchase Date: Any Time, I am in no rush

Budget Range: $1,000 to $1,500

System Usage from Most to Least Important: 3D/2D Blu-Ray Movies (stored on DASD as ISO files) and Music (stored on DASD as 24BIT/192kHz and 24BIT/352.8kHz FLAC files) playback, Office tasks, some amateurish Photoshop, Browsing the web

Parts Not Required: I need advice on choosing everything but case

Preferred Website(s) for Parts: Any website is fine, as long as they ship to Canada

Country: Canada

Parts Preferences: quality, reliability, support

Overclocking: No

SLI or Crossfire: No need for it as this wont be used as a gaming rig

Monitor Resolution: As this will be an HTPC it will be hooked up to a Panasonic Viera TC-P65VT50 (Panasonic TC-P65VT50 - NEW! SMART VIERA 65 Class VT50 Series Full HD 3D Plasma HDTV (64.7 Diag.) - Overview) for movies playback and to HP ZR30w monitor (AnandTech - A New 30" Contender: HP ZR30w Review) for other tasks

Additional Comments:
1. Need wireless keyboard and mouse
2. Wi-Fi to connect to the web would be nice to have too
3. At the initial stage of the project would prefer to use good onboard sound like, for example, provided with Intel DH77DF Motherboard (Intel® Desktop Board DH77DF)
4. In the future would be nice to add SOtM In-Line SATA Power Noise Filter (SOtM - Ultimate High Performance Audio) and PCI express USB 3.0 host card (SOtM - Ultimate High Performance Audio) to connect PC to external asynchronous USB DAC

You can only use the specified motherboards with those kinds of chasis - the CPU socket location is the limiting factor.

Also, if you're that concerned with electrical noise forget onboard sound and pretty much all internal sound cards. Get a good quality external DAC with proper grounding.

For 3D Bluray, you're better off taking the AMD APU route. Integrated graphics on those blows anything from Intel out of the water.

My lineup:
Case: H5.S FANLESS CHASSIS
Processor: AMD A10-5700 (Quad Core)
Motherboard: ASUS F2A85-M/CSM
Memory: Samsung MV-3V4G3D/US (8GB DDR3 1600)
Storage: Kingston HyperX 3K 120GB SSD (Boot Drive) and/or Western Digital WD Green 2TB HDD (Storage)- dunno if you'll be streaming from a home server
PSU: 150W FSP Adapter w/ 160XT PicoPSU (Buy it with the case)
Blu-Ray Reader: Panasonic UJ-240

I know there's no wifi on the board, but you're better off getting a powerline adapter- shouldn't be a problem with your budget. Something like a Western Digital WD Livewire kit ought to do it.

I live in the USA, so I don't know exactly whom you would get some of these parts from. NCIX ought to have everything except that Blu-Ray drive and the case. If they don't have everything, someone there would probably help you find a suitable alternative if you told them what you needed.
