Most bluray drives for PC are supposed to come with software for playing blurays. Fact is, there are no free solutions that work well. While players like Media Player Classic-HC support the internal files, you still need commercial software to decrypt the disk itself.

PowerDVD is probably one of the best solutions.

I believe it's either PowerDvD or you have to rip the movies first.

I use PowerDVD if I want to watch a movie I just rent, otherwise I rip my own blu rays and use XBMC.

In addition to PowerDVD mentioned above, WinDVD and Arcsoft Total Media Theatre work well for Blu-Ray playback as well. Another alternative is using something like AnyDVD HD to decrypt the disk on the fly and just use your favorite freebie video player like VLC, Media Player Classic, etc.. as most of these will support the video format on the disk - they just can't decrypt the disk (presumably since this tech is quite proprietary and would require licensing costs).
