Default Smallest mATX case recommendation for HTPC

I have got Grandia 5. Way too big, regular size ATX PSU.
I would like to reuse my motherboard, and it is mATX. What would be the smallest black mATX case with industrial design (preferably) and picoATX PSU?

Other than a Sugo SG04/3. I can't think of anything that specifically fits matx and is industrial. Depending on your motherboard, you might be able to get away with a Lian Li Q11 if the mobo isn't too deep. Cooler Master Elite 360 or 361 when it gets released is also an option.

If you don't care for expansion cards, Silverstone LC19

I have done this with a Lian Li Q11A, although it accepts 9.6 x 9.6" with modding, it's a better fit with a mobo less than 8" wide. In most cases, you cannot use the hdd tray at the bottom as well.

Think I'm kinda in the same boat as you, though I have little to no need for a 5.25" bay or really even a 3.5" slot (got a 2.5" hard drive for my OS)

Have you considered the Silverstone Milo? It's thinner than most and has a nice clean black finish

Silverstone Milo ML03B Black mATX HTPC Case 1X5.25 2X3.5INT USB3 Supports 4 80MM Case Fan - Silverstone Technology - ML03B

Price on this is quite low for a HTPC case. I would highly recommend it.

My System Specs

Default mATX case

I think I should clarify what I am looking for.
I need mATX HTPC case with smallest depth and width dimensions. For that, I think, picoATX PSU (100-200W) required, as regular PSU is too big (who needs 400+W PSU for 35-45W CPU?).
I also think IR receiver integrated in the case is very important, as add on IR receiver dongles simply mess up the look. And not just any IR receiver, the one that is capable of starting / waking PC. Damn, I am picky :)

Thanks for recommendations though. I will consider those cases for sure.

May be I should look into mITX barebones?
