I usually order my cabling stuff from Monoprice, but their Shipping rates are outrageous for what I need this time.

Where are the deals for hdmi, toslink, and dvi cables in or around Ottawa?

Totally ghetto location but when I was hooking up my girlfriend's sister's home theater, I bought all of the stuff there. Decent quality, good prices and pretty friendly service.

I agree, the guy that runs it, is a super nice guy and he will help you with anything you need. And if he doesn't have it, he will order it for you!

There's a guy on used ottawa that sells cables and wires for about the same price as Monoprice...Canada Computers is also not that bad.

Li... On UsedOttawa, used to have wicked price. Inflation got to him.
It looks like I'll order from Monoprice after all. Including stupid expensive shipping, I'll get much more for less. :blarg:

Do what I do: post up an ad at work so some other people can buy in and reduce shipping.

I may actually go with shopRBC since I found some decent prices on their site. It's too bad they don't have much variety in cable lengths though.

well i looked and all i could find on that list is a 8ft toslink. not sure if that would fit. If it fits you can have it free of charge as i don't use toslink anymore for digital sound. all my digital sound is done via HDMI.
