New HTPC/Gaming PC

So i have decided to add a HTPC/Gaming PC to my planned man cave :). All it needs to do is play 1080p content and play games at 1080p. Here is what i have laid out for hardware.

Antec 300
Corsair TX650
evga gtx560 ti
core i5 2300 (not sure if i can get away with an i3 or not. Since i am not doing much transcoding)
Asus P8Z68-V Pro
4gb Kingston MVR1333D3N9K2
WDD Caviar Black 1.5 TB
DVD-ROM/DVDRW
Windows 7 x64
HTPC Front End - XBMC for Windows

Budget is around $1000+tax.
