well thats too much psu for 50 or so odd watts itll be sucking but hey.overall its ok.
i wouldve gone with a fanless unit, or a lower wattage unit.

good choice of drive, i wouldve looked into the 2.5 hybrid from seagate too.

case, well, thats a personal decision, i find it ok.

Hmm, do you really this much power for what you intend to do with it? I have an Acer REVO (intel Atom with Nvidia ION chipset) and it is perfect for surfing the net, checking emails, watching 1080p movies, etc. Since almost everything is hardware accelerated nowadays, I don't really see the point in getting a fairly decent CPU for an HTPC. The whole thing also doesn't generate any heat and has a small footprint (I think I paid $300 for it ~1.5 years back).

The Zacate board is a great choice for an HTPC. I'm planning on using a Zacate based board in my next HTPC build with a tiny case from Mini-Box.
I also just built an HTPC with the same nMedia case for a friend last month. Build quality is ok but it looks great in his media cabinet.

Why a 2.5" HD, the 500B can fit a full 3.5" drive, when a quiet full size model like the Seagate 7200.12 500Gb can be had for $39.99?

I'm also not a real fan of Coolermaster psu's and went with a Seasonic model in my personal HTPC build. Getting a PSU based on price alone is IMHO not recommended even for the lower power needs of an HTPC.

Here are some alternatives from Seasonic & Corsair which are very reasonably priced.
