Surprisingly it does not run that hot. I can't remember exactly what the temps are, but I will post some screen shots tonight. I think the GPU's sit around 65C to 70C while playing BF BC2 at 1920x1080 with everything maxed. So I'd say the system is quite cool :) Anyway, will run a stress test tonight and post the results. So far it's running awesome. Gonna add one or two ssd's to it soon.

nice man, i've been wanting to do this for a while but im to cheap and poor. There's this black Zalman htpc case that always gets me horned up, real nice.

In a similar situation with my PC-33 and SLI'd 460's... the top 460 does over 80C, and the second one is always 20-25C lower.

What are the fan speeds as well, i know the GTX260s get kinda loud once you go past 40 or 50%

Temps are good, sorry i went on vacation to the Oregon Coast and wasn't able to post updates. Here is a screenshot just after finishing playing BF BC2 for about 1 hour. I took this maybe 5 minutes after finishing. Both video cards were running at 66C. I'll post more while playing and fan temps too later.
