Default Any divice or software that can do this....
I was wondering if there was any divice or software that can "unscramble" a digital cable singal?

Yes I know it is illigeal (I hope that is not aganst fourm rulz If it is I am sorry)

So do anyone know of such a thing or program? thanks

Actually, according to Canadian law, it's not really illegal if it's from over the air signals. FTA boxes are legal here, after all(although there are palns in gov levels to change this).

if you are talking about local cable provider's broadcast, current media liscencing agreements prevent this stuff from being released...

if ther is no FTA singles around my location than a FTA box would not work eather corect?
