BFG GTX 280 OC $519.54 after MIR @ DirectCanada

For anyone interested, for me still isn’t a good choice, but someone might consider it.

I see that Nvidia is trying to pull down their prices. I guess the 4870 did kind of show them up when it's $300.00 and performs almost as well.

Pretty good deal nonetheless. [For the right buyer]

I'll say it: at that price with a lifetime waranty and BFG's new Trade Up program....I'd consider it.

I guess they didn't hear about the $90 price drop because they raised the price to $609.99

This make me think that BFG is one of these companies and that the mess is really serious if they are forced to drop the prices even more and a week after the official day.

Also the price has drop more, now its at $509.99.

While its good the cards are down in price I'd hate to see any of the companies go bust for the sake of competition.

Getting better results with two cards for less than one powerful has got to make it tough selling the high end now.
