For some reason I cannot download cuda for my 8500GT. It say it cannot find supported hardware. I have it folding but it is very slow.

@stoanee
How did you get just under 5000PPD on a 8800GT?

As you can see I am only getting just under 3000 and my card is OC'd quite a bit as well. I'm using the 174.55 drivers since the newer ones that need the modded inf don't work for me. They say that they work but nothing changes and GPU-Z still reports the older drivers. Which drivers are you using?

Upgrade to the 177.35 with the modded inf, my PPD jumped from 2800 to around 44000.

1700PPD on 8600GT and CUDA drivers, not very much but more than 0 like it was getting me before.

Im still folding SMP fine, total 4600PPD on quad. After a few days I am going to test 2 x SMP + GPU2 to see if PPD goes up. GPU2 only using 10% of 1 core or so.

I tried to istall the cuda drivers and it told me my 8600GT was not supported. Did you download drivers as per lowfats post?

I was getting about 1900 points/16-20 hrs on a SMP client.
On a single core it would be about 100/day( I think, been a while since I used 5.04)

Yeah, you just need to paste in the inf and the cuda drivers will install. Works fine and is a ppd boost from non cuda drivers.
