Default I'm Back

New rig. Might as well let it work on something. If it matters 5820k @ 4.3 and 2 Evga 980 TI WFT cards...and 64 GB of ram.

So.. Hello again.

Oh...I just downloaded the one that runs in your browser. Is that all that is required now? Been like 4 years.

And are each of my video cards actually giving me 460,000 PPD? That is nuts if it is correct... o_0

Welcome home! Where did you go?

There's actually a Folding@Home client that you can install into Windows. FAHv7.

Just stopped folding. Don't remember why. I will do it again for a while and send some PPD your way. Funny thing though. I was waiting to see if 50 people saw this post and no one bothered to type Hi or something. Was going to go to another team...you were the 50th...lol.

There are still a few of us that fold. And yes, GPU folding has over-powered CPU folding in ppd, even the 48p monsters that some used to have (including me).

Tell me about it... CPU folding is pretty much obsolete at this point. Next to no points are given out. Of course, we should be doing it for the research but I doubt a year's worth of CPU folding is equivalent to the amount of research done if you folded using the GPU for just one day.

Post on F@H Forums. Did you overclock your PC? Is it unstable?

On select WUs on Core 21 the 980Ti will even do 700k ppd.
