That'd be my suggestion otherwise you might run into installation issues with no indication that it's on the server end rather than on your end.

ok, thanks, I dl'ed the program but didn't open it, should I dump it and re dl it later or should the dl be ok just don't open it yet?

maybe I'll just wait, I have to remove the 2nd 280 that crapped out from the loop and get it ready for rma anyways so maybe this is as good a time as any......or....not...lol...just not in that tear down mood

I know what you mean, I still haven't removed the EK 280GTX block from my loop, I really have to do this today.

As for BOINC, the Client is fine, it's the server that is a problem. But like Steve said, I'd wait until that aspect is resolved first before installing the client.

ok, I'll check back for an update.....decided to leave the 280 in until tomorrow or monday, I'm just not motivated to do it today..lol

Heh.... I managed to get my tasks uploaded, but no new tasks yet.... :)

I'm sure the SysAdmins hate it when folks like me keep pinging the server after a downtime.... (Kinda like turning on all of your electrical appliances right after the power comes back on.... :) ).

yep same here, the got my completed task, but I am no receiving any new work.. :)
