113 when I clicked on the link..... :)

Heh... we're coming up on HP quickly. Me likes the fact that 9 of us are going to be kicking HP butt even with their 48/20 active members. :)

So I take it the general concensus is for us to go our own way as a team for now?

yes sswilson that seems to be the direction we are going as no one gave any indication that they wanted to become a conglomerate lol
Although we are a small team we do rather well as we have some dedicated people folding with some good hardware
The Canadian Teamis a cool idea and remains a spot for those who simply wish to fold out of a desire to do so and who perhaps don't have a group of people to already fold with

Unklmo everyone's welcome to fold on the HWC Team.

Also if we manage to gain some more members we can perhaps focus on helping in some other projects that may need particular help with a time limited task

Has anybody found a good explaination of how Rosetta@Home determines what points it hands out? I poked around the homepage & forums/faqs but the only explaination there was pretty vague.

What I'm mostly curious about is how the "bonus points" are handed out. I've got several "tasks" (one of the forum posts very pointedly corrected someone when they called them WUs :) ) which have granted me more than 50% above the claimed credit.

wooohooo should break 100 by morning

this is about as close to any explanation I have seen concerning the credits awarded per WU > The new credit system explained < and quite frankly it hurts my head. I now have my Q6700 OC'd and an E6300 Stock running the client and there is a major difference in the results I obtain from both as the Q6700 is simply a freakin number crunchin monster
I'm not sure how bonus's are awarded but if you figure it out plz post or perhaps someone has asked Dr Baker himself ?

I assumed that you got bonus points for getting the 'tasks' done quickly- just a guess though.
