I have 16 too... I've suspended mine so it doesn't keep trying to reconnect. Can't see that helping the problem in any way! Expecially when connections are re-established. If it isn't fixed when I get home tonight, I think I'll do folding@home for a while.

Yeah, now that the server(s) appear to be back up, the sooner you go in and manually "update", the sooner you'll be back up and running. The client defaulted to "wait 24 hours before attempting to connected again" so it could be quite a while before it tries to do it on its own.

Woohoo! My rig is crunching again, it felt so lonely and aimless not BOINCing.

Thanks for the manual update tip.

We cracked the top 200 teams today and I joined the 100 000 credit club today as well! Is there a secret handshake?

Congrats everyone! Top 100 is going to take awhile but we are on our way.

I need to get my E8600 back up and running on this.

I'm on stock cooling right now with a new mobo, so I'm going to have to take it easy on the clocks.

I just got a new 4850 and E8400 (CO stepping) so I'll be swapping parts and tweaking for the weekend at least. So I'll not be crunching for a couple days.

I was all excited that I'd have 2 rigs on BOINC finally and just realized today that I gave a way my router and need to buy one. Two weeks at least before I can. Then, full speed ahead!

Boinc on
