Sweetness! Welcome to zlojack and all the other new guys. Can anyone catch up to me at the top (Dalton)? hehe. Bring on the masses. Side note - I never tried f@h but I'm pretty glad I didn't seeing all the problems everyone has with it. I'd be bald! and i sorta like having hair. haha

BALD! That is follically challenged if you don't mind!

Teehee, I'm not bald but my forehead does seem taller than it once was.

That's great that you have the 2nd rig crunching zlojack, moar powar!

I hope to have my 2nd rig completed in the near future too and then I'll throw it in as well. Everything is on order except the processor. Must save and see what the E8600's do.

I have an old 1.5GHz computer a friend gave me to see if I could get it going. I think the PSU is gone. If I get it going I might crunch with it too.

Mike, it will take a lot to catch you if you are still crunching but the stats page shows you have no rigs! Did you misplace your 'puters? Scratch and Charlie will catch you in about 10 days if you don't find those calculators.

Folding with BOINC! Just trying both BOINC and Folding@home right now but I think I'm liking the BOINC better... much friendly user interface! Oh and is it just for your CPU or can you use your GPU with it too (or is your GPU just good for folding@home)

At this time, BOINC is only for CPU - GPU is something that's been mentioned a lot - just hasn't happened yet though.

I would imagine they will be working on something, given the amazing success of the F@H GPU clients on nVidia cards.

Btw awsome avatar zlojack

Already in 14th place on the Hardware Canucks team... I think...
Why is their both Total Credit, and Recent Average Credit.

What matters more?

Oh and HardwareCanucks are doing good with the Recent Average.... but not with Total (probably since we have 20 members).

Thanks That's my little rig in my avatar.

As for those averages, I would think that the Recent Average shows how we're doing now, the Total shows how our team is doing in the history, so really they're both important in different ways.
