Well, the beta flag is going to get you more "beta" or advanced units. That said that it doesn't mean that the older projects that give less points are less important as far as the work and project go. Would be nice if they adjusted them in the same fashion(QRB), even a general bump would make it more attractive. I have a few older GPU's that I might start up to help heat the house. We'll see what happens going forward.

Drivers I think make a big difference. I was running the 327.23 now run the 314.07. For some time the 327 worked great, but then got some 8900 wus and the ppd was cut in half.????? Anyways things for the time being seem more stable but the ppd I'd say are down about 50K.

I am getting 8900WUs even without the beta flag. You might want to change the nVidia cards, at least the 5 series for AMD cards, if possible.

I have been getting 8900s since that post. This past week they have all been 8900. TPF is much longer though than before. On the 660s about 5.5 mins. About 60000 PPD on the ti cards and 44000 on the 660 stock cards.

If you are getting PPD fluctuation make sure that the clock speed of the card isn't jumping around. Temperatures play a big part of sustained clock speed on Kepler with stock bioses.

I still run the 327.23 drivers on Nvidia cards. Having said that, I do not have a titan, so you might want to try the newest drivers and take it for a spin for a day or two and compare. I have been receiving 8900 wu for some time now and they seem to be going through fairly well.

So , for shitsngiggles , The titan is running on XP....3.14 drivers.

Current folding client.

119 kppd on 1st unit.

At the moment I have a stock 780 running 8900 wu for 148757 PPD.
I would think your Titan could do better???

BrainEater January 15, 2014 04:42 PM

Oh I'm sure , that's bone stock everything and , of course , It's caught the 8018's , 29.5 kppd.

It's a dedicated play around rig though ,I'll get it sorted asap.
