Estimated TPF
Can anyone enlighten me as to what this
Estimated TPF
stands for in the F@H Control panel client v7.3.2?

From frame to frame, there is a slight variation in folding; the estimated TPF is based on your preferences (last frame, last 3 frames or since 1st WU). And in turn the TPF will generate the ppd.

Sorry but I don't understand your explanation.

I thought it was something like Estimated Time for Protein to Fold

After doing a fair bit log looking around the App. It seems to me that the Estimated TPF is equal to the time it takes to fold 1% of the project. When I check my log for a project and do the math between the time between steps it pretty much exactly matches the Estimated TPF.

So I still don't know what exactly the TPF is short for I do at least now get an idea of what it represents.

TPF is Time Per Frame.
