Yup, I noticed the 8057's started coming back around noon today. Happy days are here again

Looks like I got a few yesterday. Have only one running now. Back to 8056 and 8018's.

Haven't gotten one of those yet, mostly 8018's with a 75xx (I believe) thrown in there for horrible ppd. Oh well, hopefully I'll snag one of those so that I can see the potential.

I've been getting a regular stream of 8057s with a few 8018s mixed in for the last couple of days. I'm happy again.

I've been getting a regular mix of them on both my cards, and I've noticed something interesting. I can actually tell by the whine if the cards are working on an 8057 or not (more whine for this one), which I would correlate to a heavier work load, and correspondingly higher temperatures. However, the temperature difference between an 80xx WU (I've checked with both 8043's I believe and 8057's), and a 7xxx WU is a staggering 12°C on my GTX570 (stock cooling PNY). I haven't paid close attention to my 460, it's probably at 6°C or so, but the temps are low to begin with (55 - 60°C at 900MHz).

It's a good thing that I set my clock speeds on the 570 when I was running a 7xxx WU, topping out at 77°C, so when it switches to an 80xx unit, the temp drops to 65°C.

I started getting a few back on the 26th but yesterday and today I've been getting a pretty steady diet of the mighty 8057's.

Well haven't had a 8057 for a day or 2 now. BUT, the dreaded 7623, 7625, 7626's have now had a PPD increase. Instead of 5187/WU, they are now 14,500/WU. At least as of last night and this morning.
Good news since some of those were taking almost a day to complete for 5K.
